Hook and loop model:
Top strap can fit leg diameters from 23 to 48cm (8 to 19 inches)
Bottom strap 23-38 (9 to 15 inches)
Buckle model:
Top strap can fit leg diameters from 20 to 48cm (8 to 19 inches)
Bottom strap: 20 to 38cm (8 to 15 inches)
The top strap wraps around the lower leg just below the knee, and the bottom strap wraps around the lower leg near your ankle.
The standard size should fit the majority of adults.

How do I measure my leg? |

You need to make three measurements
1) Measure from the bottom of the knee cap to the ankle bone.
2) Measure around your leg about one inch below the bottom of your knee cap.
3) Measure around your leg about one inch above your ankle.

We will be glad to replace it for another size or refund your purchase as long as you return it within the rules as mentioned in our return policies. Both types of fasteners are good. Buckles "click" into each other while the hook/loop is like velcro. If you have difficulty with your hands and fingers (such as arthritis) the hook/loop might be easier for you to use. Hook/loop can give a slightly greater range of adjustment.

It is normal for the CHAIN STAIN AWAY to not cover the very bottom of your pants. However if you would really like the CHAIN STAIN AWAY Pant Protector to cover the bottom of your pants, you can fold your pants underneath the bottom of the CHAIN STAIN AWAY before or after applying the bottom strap.

Who will be charged taxes? |

Residents of USA will not be charged any taxes.
Canadian residents will be charged GST. Ontario, Canada residents will be charged PST and GST, however children's items will not have PST applied.

How do I get and use a coupon? |
