RETURNS, GUARANTEES and DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return or exchange within 45 days from when we shipped your order.
For your protection, we strongly recommend you to ship package with insurance or obtain a tracking number or delivery confirmation from your shipper. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages.
WE WILL NOT accept returns of customized items unless they are damaged (as described below).
GUARANTEE,
We feel strongly that our products will last the test of time and will refund your purchase cost (not including shipping, tariffs) if the products becomes unusable and we are contacted within one year from the date we shipped your order. This will only pertain to the normal use of the product. This guarantee will not be in affect if a product becomes unusable due to fraudulent means, or misuse, or other unforeseen but damaging events such as fire.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE,
If you receive a product which is defective, we will gladly deliver a replacement or full refund to you provided that we are contacted within 45 days from the date we shipped your order.
